PRICING POLICY
Pricing, all prices listed are correct at time of publishing. Prices may be changed due to market conditions we reserve all rights to change prices accordingly. We will not change the price once you have purchased and paid for your products.
SHIPPING POLICY
Freight prices are as stated. In cases where Freight cannot be costed we will link you to Australia Post web page for prices. This will occur if we ask you to check using our postcode of 2263 as sender then you can insert your postcode as receiver.
You may have to contact us via email to enquire what size carton we will use for packing your goods, dependant on how many products you purchase. Buyer is responsible for all freight costs unless otherwise stated. All goods must be payed for in full before despatch. We will endeavour to despatch all freight within 48 hours of order. Australia post calculators used for pricing. WE ONLY DELIVER TO AUSTRALIA.
INSURANCE POLICY
We recommend insurance on some items particularly if you are spending over $300. Insurance will be at buyer’s expense no exceptions to this policy. Contact us for cost.
DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
All damaged goods must be reported by either email or telephone call when goods received but no later than 24 hours from receipt. We will then decide what appropriate action to take. If cartons are damaged a photo of damage would be adequate for us to access who was at fault. If response time not met then we will not accept liability.
REFUND POLICY
Make your purchases carefully. We process all orders within 24hours of purchase any cancellations must be by telephone within this timeframe to ensure monies refunded. If we have proceeded with your order a cancellation fee will occur. All returns must be authorised by us. Freight cost will be at your expense not Wooden Rose Distributors.
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
We will advise all customers within 3 days if goods are not available or any delays in delivery.
